Data fields you can extend yourself
No single form fits every event, so ours adapts
A rigid standard form pushes event-specific details into free-text fields, and free text can neither be filtered cleanly nor evaluated in the live dashboard afterwards. Our schema builder creates dedicated, structured fields for each event that are automatically available as a filter, a mail placeholder and a live dashboard metric.

Long entrance checks against paper lists are the first impression no event wants to leave. Our mobile checkpoints run on QR codes and log every action without gaps, offline too, for when the connection on site gives out.

Attendee nomination portal
For corporate clients with many affiliated sites or partner businesses, a vehicle manufacturer with hundreds of franchised dealers for example, we are building a simplified nomination back end: every business gets access to name its own attendees, for instance the five best salespeople for a dealer event. Handing an invitation over to a stand-in at short notice, when an invited person cannot attend after all, runs through the same module. This module was already available in our previous platform and is currently being rebuilt.
